OSPSANTE and DHIS2 INTEROPERABILITY

SoftWorks worked with SIAPS Mali to design and roll out OSPSANTE dashboard to collect, analyze and disseminate FP/MCH/Malaria/ARV/Ebola commodity LMIS and patient information, which was completed by 2016. MOBILE ELECTRONIC DISPENSING TOOL (mEDT) ANDROID APP FOR NAMIBIA MOHSS

MSH sub-contracted SoftWorks in 2015 to develop and implement a web-based Pharmaceutical Management Information Dashboard, for the Namibian Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS). SoftWorks also developed Facility Electronic Stock Card (FESC) tool which is used in all major hospitals for stock management in Namibia. Mobile Electronic Dispensing Tool (mEDT) was running in clinics and outreaches of Namibia health system for dispensing to ART patients, with some difficulties. SIAPS reached out to SoftWorks again in Sept 2017 to redesign the mEDT tool to run on tablets and mobile phones to improve user experience.

SOFTWORKS TO DEVELOP GUINEA HEALTH COMMODITY DASHBOARD

SIAPS Guinea planned to introduce an electronic tool for aggregating the routine data from the paper based LMIS in order to facilitate their processing and better show the improvement bring through that LMIS by the end of the SIAPS Program in Guinea. SCMP Server transfer

SoftWorks staff worked with SIAPS Bangladesh and Ministry of Health MIS department to transfer Supply Chain Management Portal (https://scmpbd.org) from a SIAPS server to MoH data center. The database contains 8GB+ procurement and logistics related data of last 10 years, and heavily used at various levels of supply chain every day for decision making. There are 21 installations of Warehouse Management Information System (WIMS) and 488 installations of Upazila Inventory Management System (UIMS) - which synchronizes data to SCMP at regular interval.

ECSA TB UAT and Training

SoftWorks developed ECSA TB Supply Chain Portal under MSH CTB project and funded by USAID. SoftWorks Managing Director and MSH Technical Support Lead visited Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training to the country Ministry of Health staff and collect feedback. SoftWorks will finalize and rollout ECSA TB Supply Chain Portal in Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda. SoftWorks will also provide hands-on training to ECSA staff to manage the portal and further roll out to more countries. NDT Certificate Management System for Intertek UK

UK based TMA Systems Limited outsourced the development of NDT Certificate Management System to SoftWorks. SoftWorks assisted TMA Systems earlier to maintain two already developed software of Intertek named Training Log and Equipment Log. Based on the smooth functioning of the above two projects, TMA Systems decided to work with SoftWorks again.
