BURKINA FASO ELMIS IN DHIS2 PLATFORM

SoftWorks in association with SYLVERSYS Consulting has been awarded by Chemonics to develop electronic LMIS for Ministry of Health in Burkina Faso under GHSC-PSM. The team will work together to develop and implement the system in next 13 months. SUPPORT SERVICE UNDER MTAPS BANGLADESH IN 2021

USAID’s Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) program contracted SoftWorks for the period of 07 April 2021 to 31 October 2021 to support the health information system tools already developed for MoHFW Bangladesh. Under the project SoftWorks will upgrade SCMP web portal to latest technologies, enhance the COVID-19 eLMIS portal so that it is usable for stock management of any vertical program, like TB. SoftWorks would also assist in eAMS, TB-WIMS and existing COVID-19 portal maintenance and troubleshooting.

DEVELOPMENT OF BOTSWANA SUPPLY CHAIN DATA ANALYTICS AND VISUALIZATION DASHBOARD

Chemonics subcontracted SoftWorks to develop a supply chain data analytics and visualization dashboard within the existing District Health Information System (DHIS2) platform owned and run by Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW), Botswana. SoftWorks team will develop a data import module to upload all logistics related data from Excel templates, export from central warehouse, export from pipeline and will develop reports/dashboards inside DHIS2 platform for decision making.

DEVELOPMENT OF COVID-19 ERLMS FOR BENIN

SoftWorks received a contract from Chemonics to develop Public Health Emergency Supplies Management Module. Public Health Emergency Supplies Management (PHESM) is a web based electronic logistics management system to monitor the reception, storage and distribution of all commodities used to manage the testing, treatment, infection control and prevention measures during public health emergencies. The web portal aims to improve timely access to reliable logistics data to support the monitoring of the status of these commodities at all levels of the health products supply chain down to the last mile and support the decision-making process to improve access to these products. The site will be used for recording and reporting of emergency medicine supplies which can be used for any potential public health threats (COVID-19, Ebola, Lassa, SARS, cholera, etc).

DEVELOPMENT OF COVID-19 ELMIS AND QUANTIFICATION TOOLS FOR BANGLADESH

USAID’s Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services Program (MTaPS) contracted SoftWorks to develop the COVID-19 electronic Logistics Management Information System with a vision and extensibility so that the system can be further modified and used for all commodities of MOHFW. COVID-19 Supply Chain Management is a data monitoring tools for emergency supply chain management for COVID -19 commodities received from different sources and consumed by health facilities of Bangladesh. The site allows tracking of procurement status, receiving, stock transfer, dispensing as well as status of COVID-19 related equipment at facilities. The site also has module for national and local level quantification tool for COVID-19 commodities.

DEVELOPMENT OF COVID-19 COMMODITIES DASHBOARD & UPDATES OF SCMP

As soon as the COVID-19 outbreak hits Bangladesh, MTaPS program implemented by MSH contracted SoftWorks to develop the COVID-19 Supply Chain Management (SCM) – which is a one stop data repository for emergency supply chain management for COVID -19 commodities received from different sources and consumed by health facilities of Bangladesh. Considering the urgency, SoftWorks team developed the system in record time and implemented nation-wide. The system is used by 600+ health facilities in Bangladesh with a reporting rate above 95%.

OSPSANTE is a web based logistics management information system used in Mali since 2014. Chemonics subcontracted SoftWorks to develop 4 Application Programming Interfaces (API) for sharing OSPSANTE data that will be used by GHSC-PSM team for analytics and visualization of logistics data on Family Planning products with Family Planning Indicators to improve targeting of both supply chain actions and advocacy for family planning methods.

ENHANCE INFOMED PLATFORM & ERLMS

SoftWorks have been supporting the GHSC-TA Francophone-TO project of Chemonics to maintain and upgrade the InfoMED platform. Chemonics extended the existing contract till June 2021 with additional deliverables covering handover of the system to MoH server, including development of Emergency Response Logistics Management System (ERLMS) and conducting ToT to administrators. ERLMS will be used for recording and reporting of emergency medicine supplies which can be used for any potential public health threats (COVID-19, Ebola, Lassa, SARS, cholera, etc).

VISITED DRC TO FINALIZE THE INFOMED/DHIS2 ISSUES AND INTEROPERABILITY

Chemonics subcontracted SoftWorks in 2018 to develop InfoMED RDC, a tool for capture and visualization of health supply chain data in DRC. SoftWorks Managing Director, Mahmudul Islam, visited Kinshasa on 02-06 Mar 2020 to finalize and resolve the final issues with the platform and interoperability. Met with GHSC-TA team and relevant programs like PNAM & PNLS to finalize HIV regimens, DHIS2 entry forms and data linkage with InfoMED. Conducted one day consultative orientation to selected administrators to finalize data transfer issues and identified changes to be incorporated.

WEB HOSTING CONTRACT OF THE UNFPA E-STOCK SOFTWARE

SoftWorks developed eStock web based software for stock management of Rohingya Refugees program in 2018. The web site was hosted by SoftWorks since then. In Jan 2020, SoftWorks received a contract to host and maintain the system for one year period.
