Botswana DHIS2 COVAX Tracker

Chemonics contracted SoftWorks to develop a reporting and stock management system within the existing District Health Information System (DHIS-2) platform owned and operated by the government of Botswana. The system will be configured to report real-time stock data of COVID-19 vaccines by type and batch/expiry at all levels but will initially focus on high volume vaccine storage points, District Health Management Team (DHMT) warehouses, and the Central Medical Store (CMS). SoftWorks team commited to develop and rollout the system in record 6 months period at 31 pilot sites. An online User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ToT/Admin training session was conducted to selected participants, and collected feedback incorporated into the system and final system is ready for rollout.

TOT ON NETSIGL 2.0 OF BURKINA FASO

A team of consultants from SoftWorks-Sylversys visited Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso to conduct an administrator training and ToT session to selected participants of Ministry of Health, for the newly developed NetSIGL2 application. The team also conducted end-user training to 68 health facilities of two pilot districts.

COMPREHENSIVE ELMIS FOR DGHS, BANGLADESH

SoftWorks received a contract from Management Sciences for Health (MSH) to develop a comprehensive eLMIS system for the DHGS, Bangladesh. The system will cover stock management of Central Medical Storage Depot and all other major health facilities of Bangladesh under MoHFW. Initial implementation to start with TB program and CMSD, later will be rollout out to districts.
